Mischa Barton was arrested in West Hollywood, CA at 2:45 am earlier today. The former "O.C." star was busted on suspicion of DUI, possession of marijuana and a controlled substance and driving without a valid license.
According the police reports, Barton "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." Cops then pulled her over and determined she was not in possession of a valid license but instead in the possession of marijuana and possibly under the influence of alcohol.
Mischa was released from police custody before noon today on $10,000 bail.
