Britney Spears Ordered To Court Mandated Drug & Alcohol Testing Twice Weekly




A judge in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline custody battle has ordered that the pop star must be tested for controlled substances and alcohol twice a week.

The judge said:
"There is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by Britney Spears."


The judge also ordered that custody stays at 50/50 for now, Britney and KFed can't publicly defame each other or each other's family members, corporal punishment against the kids is strictly forbidden by either parent or anyone else, both parents must complete the "Parenting Without Conflict" program and go to co-parenting counseling together. In addition, both parents must not drink or take controlled substances during the care of their children or 12 hours before taking care of their children.
