Wesley Snipes Sentenced To 36 Months in Jail For Failing To File Tax Return

Actor Wesley Snipes was sentenced to 3 years behind bars (the maximum sentence he faced) for failing to file a tax return. The other more serious charges were dropped prior to Snipes' sentencing yesterday in a Florida courtroom.

Snipes was not immediately taken into custody.
