Tom Sizemore pleaded not guilty to 4 felonies and 1 misdemeanor of drug related charges after cops say he was busted while high on crystal meth earlier this month. Sizemore was arrested on May 8th, 2007, after Bakersfield Police say the actor (of Vh1 Reality Show "Shooting Sizemore" fame and films like "Saving Private Ryan") had been using crystal meth outside of the Four Points Sheraton Hotel.
In a courtroom in Bakersfield, California, Sizemore told the judge that he was not guilty of one count of transportation of methamphetamines, 1 count possession of methamphetamines, and three counts of possession of prescription drugs without a proper prescription.
Sizemore is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on June 18th, 2007.
